Personnel Management Support System for Rosenergoatom Concern
| The Personnel Management Support System (PMSS) is being developed by SSL for Rosenergoatom Concern. This system is used to collect and store all the necessary information on the human resources of the Russian NPPs and provide data for justified management decisions.
PMSS has a distributed architecture: the central part of the software complex is installed at Rosenergoatom Concern and the periphery parts – at Russian NPPs. At the same time, the remote sites can communicate through the channels different in speed and quality. |  | |
At NPP, the System provides automation of procedures defined in the Regulations of GAN RF: “On issuing of licenses by the Russian Federal Inspectorate on nuclear and radiation safety permitting the employees of NPP to do works in the field of the use of the nuclear power”.
Data from NPPs automatically come to the central part of the System where they can be used by the personnel Rosenergoatom Concern. The System includes specialized modules to arrange and analyze the reports generated according to a preset form.
The central server of Rosenergoatom Concern accumulates necessary information from all NPPs connected to the corporate network, what allows to process this information on the peripheral level.
Thus, PMSS solves the following main problems:
- Acquisition, storage and provision of access to the necessary information on the NPP staff;
- Support of the licensing procedures permitting NPP’s personnel to work in the nuclear power field, control over and prolongation of these licenses;
- Centralized acquisition of necessary information from NPPs into the integrated database of Rosenergoatom Concern and support of the decisions in the field of human resources.
| | PMSS is realized on the basis of the Lotus Notes/Domino platform. Lotus Notes/Domino allows to create an effective system of information delivery and interaction within the framework of the territorially-distributed network, as well as fulfill the necessary requirements concerning security of the confidential information.
Pilot complexes of PMSS are installed at Novovoronezh and Kola NPPs. |
