Scientific and Technical Organization Support System (SATOS) for the Ukrainian State Scientific-Research Center providing safe operation of NPPs

SATOS is one of the projects developed within the framework of the TACIS program to ensure safe operation of NPP in Ukraine. SSL takes part in this project as the sub-contractor of SIEMENS Nuclear Power Gmbh Company (Germany).

The SATOS system is a combination of concepts and applications ensuring the information support for a scientific-engineering enterprise and designed to improve efficiency of the enterprise operation. SATOS provides a wide spectrum of applied information systems used for solution of the given task.

Specialists of SSL in the frames of the SATOS project developed and installed in the Ukrainian State Scientific-Research Center for systems of control and emergency response (SSRC CERS) a number of information applications:

• Project Management and Documentation System;
• Reference Book on the enterprise’s organization structure;
• Archive Database of the enterprise’s documentation;
• Module for Preparation and Provision of Expertise;
• Module for Electronic Discussions.
