SSL works on the market of information technologies (IT) since 1998. SSL develops information systems (IS) supporting production, management, and other processes defining products and/or services of the enterprise.

In the IT field the SSL’s predominant specialty is design and development of Customer-oriented systems under conditions of distributed structure of the Customer’s enterprise. Such systems are designed taking into account the specific requirements and features of the Customer. At the same time in the Customer-oriented systems, it is possible to outline a number of standard solutions which may be used in the systems developed for different Customers.

Introduction of IS designed is aimed at the total improvement of the Customer’s enterprise operation effectiveness. This objective is achieved by solution of the following main problems:

• Collective use and management of the information produced by different departments and employees, e.g. establishing of the general information space uniting all participants of the business processes in the enterprise;
• Improvement of effectiveness, efficiency and reliability of work with information; automation of routine procedures;
• Introduction of a unified standard for electronic document management that ensures the document security, controllability and accessibility;
• Reduction of the document circulation time and costs for document storage and management;
• Improvement of information provision and decision-making process support.
