Training-methodical support
The TMS offered by SSL is based upon the international experience in the Systematic Approach to Training and includes the original developments of SSL’s employees in the field of the personnel training.
The TMS is not only the learning materials and the simulator scenarios but also the analysis of the training needs, training programs and qualification maintenance, methods of sessions and courses for the simulator training, the analysis and assessment of the training effectiveness, and the quality assurance system for the training departments. The complex of TMS developed by SSL for the training department of the Beloyarsk NPP under a TACIS project is an example of such development.[ |  | |
